Associate Dean of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships

Melissa is the chief advancement officer for the school and experiment station and is primarily responsible for overseeing all its development operations, including major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, gift planning, and annual giving. She also manages engaging the Executive Dean and key faculty with donors and prospects for the school and experiment station. In addition, Melissa oversees forecasting and achieving annual fundraising goals by working in collaboration with colleagues at the Rutgers University Foundation.

Roz Beberman
Leadership Gifts Officer

Roz engages and stewards alumni, friends, and prospective donors in meaningful partnerships and obtains resources for students, research, and programming. Roz is an available resource for faculty and staff to assist and advise on creative ways to fundraise for their units and engage stakeholders. She is a liaison to the Rutgers University Foundation, assisting with unit-led crowdfunding campaigns and Rutgers community fundraising events such as Rutgers Giving Day.

Margaret Chang
Development Specialist

Margaret manages gift processing for all philanthropic gifts and grants to the school and experiment station. She also generates gift reports for departments and units and coordinates the gift acknowledgement process. In addition, Margaret works closely with colleagues from the business offices and the Rutgers University Foundation to create and oversee gift accounts.

Moira Keihm
Administrative Coordinator

Moira provides administrative support to the Advancement division, including logistics for events, travel, meetings, and campus visits, in addition to coordinating fiscal responsibilities and human resources tasks. She performs copyediting and writing assignments and creates content for digital signage on the George H. Cook campus.
